Sravan Panuganti, DO

Dr. Panuganti is a native of New Jersey, where he was born and raised. He completed his college education at the University of Pittsburgh. He then went on to medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in urological surgery at Jefferson New Jersey Hospitals in Southern New Jersey, followed by a fellowship in Men’s Sexual Medicine at MD Anderson Cancer Center and University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, TX.

He is an Assistant Professor in Urology at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine- Carolinas Campus in Spartanburg, SC. Additionally, he has been appointed a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.

His specialty interests in urology include benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and erectile dysfunction (ED). He believes in early intervention for BPH and is trained in a variety of treatment options. He was the first to perform Aquablation in the Charlotte metro area and one of the highest volume surgeons for it in the country. Dr. Panuganti is often among the first to incorporate new technologies into his practice.

He lives in Charlotte with his wife, two kids, and dog.
